By joining our fitness club and using our sports facilities—including courts, gym areas, and training zones—you agree to these terms. Our services are provided in accordance with industry standards and sports facility regulations.

We provide professional fitness facilities through qualified staff maintaining safe and appropriate environments for sports training and recreation.


2. Service Scope and Facility Standards

Our services include court sports facilities, gym training areas, martial arts dojos, and specialised training zones. We focus on providing quality sports environments using professional equipment and maintaining clean, safe facilities.

While we maintain facilities to professional standards, court availability and equipment access may vary based on booking patterns and maintenance requirements. We provide current facility status during membership orientation.


3. Member Responsibilities

To ensure safe and appropriate facility use, members agree to:

  • Complete accurate health declarations and update changes promptly
  • Follow specific court rules and sports facility protocols
  • Use sports equipment appropriately and report maintenance concerns
  • Respect booking times and vacate courts when sessions conclude
  • Wear appropriate sports attire and footwear for different activities
  • Follow instructor guidance during coaching sessions and classes

Adherence to sports-specific protocols and considerate facility use helps maintain optimal training environments for all members.


4. Court Booking and Reservation Policies

Court bookings must be made through our official system, with members responsible for cancelling unwanted reservations in advance. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges.

We cannot guarantee court availability during peak times, and advance booking is recommended for preferred training sessions.


5. Sports Equipment and Facility Usage

Members may use club equipment according to their membership type and must return items to designated storage areas after use. Personal equipment should be clearly marked and stored appropriately.

Equipment availability may vary based on usage patterns, maintenance schedules, and membership levels.


6. Membership Fees and Payment Terms

Membership fees are as detailed in your membership agreement and payable according to the selected payment schedule. Additional charges may apply for coaching sessions, tournament entry, or equipment rental.

We accept various payment methods including direct debit, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Membership renewals follow the terms outlined in your initial agreement.


7. Coaching Services and Instruction

Professional coaching is available through qualified instructors following recognised training methodologies. Coaching sessions should be booked in advance and may have separate pricing from general membership.

We maintain appropriate instructor qualifications and follow established coaching protocols for different sports disciplines.


8. Membership Cancellation and Freeze Options

Membership cancellations require 30 days' written notice according to your agreement terms. Medical freezes are available with appropriate documentation, while seasonal freezes may be offered for specific circumstances.

We accommodate genuine medical situations and significant lifestyle changes with appropriate documentation and advance notice.


9. Sports Participation and Risk Awareness

Members participate in sports activities understanding the inherent risks involved in physical training and competition. Appropriate warm-up, technique practice, and within-capability participation are essential for safety.

We provide safety guidance and recommend members consult healthcare providers before beginning new sports training programs.


10. Tournament and Competition Participation

Club-organised tournaments and competitions have specific entry requirements and rules that participants must follow. Additional waivers may be required for competitive events.

Competition participation demonstrates acceptance of specific event rules and sports conduct standards beyond general membership terms.


11. Facility Maintenance and Improvements

We perform regular court maintenance and facility improvements to ensure optimal playing conditions and equipment performance. Temporary closures or service adjustments will be communicated in advance where possible.

Scheduled maintenance supports consistent playing surfaces and equipment reliability for quality sports experiences.


12. Service Standards and Member Feedback

We aim to provide fitness club services that meet member expectations. Any service concerns should be discussed with club management during your visit or within 7 days of the relevant incident.

Member feedback helps us maintain facility standards and continuously improve our sports training environments.


13. Liability Limitations

Our liability for fitness club services is limited to the terms of our membership agreement and applicable insurance. Members participate in sports activities at their own risk and should exercise appropriate care during training.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and provide well-maintained facilities with professional equipment for member use.


14. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, safety requirements, or operational needs. The current terms are always available on our website and at reception.
